Shipping:
It takes 2 days to process all orders and 3-5 business days for your order to get to you. During checkout, please ensure you double check your address! Include: Name,street name and number, telephone number, city, state, apartment number (if applicable), and zipcode. If the package is returned to us, you will have to pay for another shipping label!
Refunds:
All sales are final. At this time, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless something was done incorrectly on our end.
Delivered but not received?
You must contact USPS for all problems once we ship your order. Once shipped, it is out of our control.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. That way we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
